Located on the shores of Lake Orta, Alessi has established itself as the 'factory of Italian design'. Founded in the 20's, today they pride themselves in the art of household objects manufactured with stainless steel. Piero Lissoni graduated in architecture from the Polytechnic in Milan in 1985 and the following year he set up the Lissoni Studio in Milan. He promotes simple and essential lines in all the design, architectural and corporate image projects he has carried out for the major companies of Italian design. Lissoni wants to ensure a natural continuity between project, materials and building process.
