"Oil is living a highly deserved moment of glory. Due to some extent to the battles fought by gastronomist and friend Luigi Veronelli, for some years now the attention of the international gastronomic world is finally focussing on the extraordinary qualities of this too long underestimated condiment. We couldn't, therefore, omit a special entry in our encyclopaedia. Andrea Branzi's set for olive oils allows up to four small taster bottles to be held for serving. The project was developed with the collaboration of the Consortium for the Protection of the D. O. P. (protected designation of origin) Chianti Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil."
