Based in Philadelphia, three year old Mio Culture is run by brothers Jaime and Isaac Salm. They work in the realm of sustainable design, an ideology that preaches context and the use of local and environmentally friendly materials. Mio's small but growing collection of home accessories is creating a stir in design circles and the consumer world at large. Modular 3 dimensional wallpaper is a new language in adaptive architecture; it empowers by providing a means to imbue surfaces with renewed meaning. Composed of geometric shapes, the V2 tile has a retro-mod aesthetic, producing versatile patterns that fit almost any wall.
