MODERNICA Bubble Tripod Table Lamp- Cigar
The Bubble Lamp features architect George Nelson's
fresh solution to lighting design. First manufactured in 1952 by Howard
Miller, this design was created by spray-coating a skeleton of steel
wire with a layer of translucent plastic, which cuts glare and allows
the light to shine softly through. Featured in the permanent collection
of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. California company Modernica
is faithfully reproducing the bubble lamps to exact specifications,
using much of the original factory tooling.
Shipping time: approx 5-7 days.
