Ron Arad's starts from impossible assumptions: turn a material rigid in itself into a mobile one, make a vase with changeable and dynamic shape. The difficulties faced during the creation (diversification of thickness, simulated control of pressures and responses of material and research of easy use), are compensated by the success of the accomplishment and official recognition obtained.  The Top Pot Vase was bestowed the Editors Award, 2002, ICFF and was introduced in the collection of the Centre Pompidou.
