MODERNICA Split Rail Couch

The Split Rail is a tribute to industry icon Florence Knoll. Like so many of her groundbreaking designs that set the industry's gold standard, this collection has a spare, angular profile that reflects the objective of modern design in the early 1960s. Modernica is an L.A. based manufacturer in the business of creating high-quality and exacting reproductions of modern mid-century designs. Brothers Frank and Jay Novak have created their own lines of furniture that take their cues from the aesthetic of that era, and pay homage to masters the likes of Eames, Noguchi, Saarinen and Risom. The iconic Split Rail Sofa features a chrome plated steel or wood frame, and is available in a wide array of fabrics.
