Released in 1999, the Hudson Collection fuses the contemporary styling of Philippe Starck with EMECO's classic 1944 naval-ready form, maufactured by hand in a meticulous 77-step process. Composed entirely of corrosion resistant aluminum, the design is geared toward easy versatility and low maintenance. The Hudson Collection is included in the design archives of the Museum of Modern Art, and was selected by the Chicago Athenaeum as one of the top 100 designs for 2000. Available in brushed, colored powdercoat or hand polished thermal treated aluminum; equipped for swivel, tilt, tension and pneumatic height adjustments. Optional black vinyl seat cushion.
