At the Carl Hansen & Son Factory in Aarup, Denmark, the only chairs produced are those that were designed by Hans J. Wegner. Although the plant has been outfitted with the latest in high quality machinery, the furniture crafted there is still made according to traditional manners by a staff of highly dedicated people. The CH 20 Elbow Chair is in production for the first time since hatched in 1956, and commemorates a unique time in the legacy of the visionary designer. This simple and elegant stackable wooden chair embodies Wegner's ideology and spirit for simplicity.
