EMECO 1951 Chair - Mod Livin'

This chair was originally commissioned by the U.S. Navy for use in military hospitals. 1951 is constructed with durable ABS seats and backs, with a brushed/anodized frame that allows it to stack six high. Extremely lightweight and durable, 1951 is at home in the new milenium, and remains an iconic masterwork of design. Designworks USA was founded in 1972 by acclaimed designer Charles Petty, and acquired by the German automaker BMW AG in 1995.
