BENSEN U Trek Coffee Table

Danish native Niels Bendtsen created his company BENSEN, a manufacturer of well-crafted, high-quality modern furniture. His designs are marked by clean lines, well-tuned details, and minimal forms that are softened by beautiful veneers and fabrics. The U Trek rides on casters, and it's mobility results in a piece that simultaneously floats and anchors in its surroundings. The solid wood on the sides of the table is notched to accept a glass top, eliminating the need for cumbersome mechanical fasteners. 10mm glass used for the top has polished edges, making it soft to the touch and providing protection to the surrounding wood.
