CHERNER Table- Oval
Norman Cherner is recognized as one of the most
original of a generation of designers that explored post-war
technological innovations in industrial design and architecture.
Although best known for his work with furniture, his designs also
included graphics, lighting, glassware and a pioneering contribution to
pre-fabricated housing. Cherner Chair Company is now reissuing
furniture from his original drawings and specifications. Introduced in 2003, Cherner tables are designed by Norman's son Benjamin to
compliment their line of seating. Perfect in a formal or informal setting,
the tables are strong and lightweight. Cherner tables are available in
oval, round and rectangular shapes with molded plywood legs.
