The second night of the Pre-Fab series is next week. In addition to Kyndra covering the planning stages of Pre-Fabs, Jill will be addressing problems with some of the issues arising from building on a covenant controlled property. Thursday, Feb 21, 6PM Kyndra Georgeson, our talented in-house designer with a solid architectural background, will review the basics. The simplicity of Pre-Fabs leads to an easy and adaptable floor plan. Made three or four modules (think building blocks), Kyndra will point out ways that can mold the shapes to your individual lifestyle and requirements. Concurrent with the seminars, the actual prototype for Erick and Jill's home will be in the construction process, and, once completed will be available for walk through at North Star Homes on I-25 at Johnson's Corner. just when you thought, it seemed like a long cold winter, we
are ready to jump into spring. The Puppy Show is back! Come
join Mod Livin' and celebrate the 2nd Annual Puppy show. For
those of you not lucky enough to celebrate the 1st Puppy Show,
this is the event where businesses and individuals decorate
an Eero Aarnio puppy and then we auction them off donating
all proceeds to the Denver Animal Care Foundation. There will
be a live auction of decorated puppies, food and fun. And this
year, we'll be offering prizes for the puppy with the most
online votes (voting March 12th - 26th) and the puppy that
raises the most money. Just In and just in time for your traveling relatives, that pesky overnight guest or for a change of bedroom scenery! We have two great new sleeper sofas. One is from BENSEN (pictured right) out of Canada and, the other is a beautiful little red number from TACCHINI out of Italy. Come on into the store to take a look at them - you need one. |
