All information on the Modlivin web site is the property of Mod Livin' LLC. and may only be used by you the purchaser for purposes of shopping at Modlivin.com. You may print portions of our site provided that it is only for your personal use and that you and anyone you give such information to agrees to adhere to our policies. By accessing, browsing, purchasing through or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms. These terms and conditions supercede any prior and/or contemporaneous agreements or correspondence between purchaser and Mod Livin'.

All of our employee-owners adhere to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding the information our clients entrust to us. The information is used for the purpose for which it was collected and is never sold, loaned or traded to third parties.
Terms of Payment Orders must be paid in full and will be charged to a valid credit card number provided by the purchaser and that is accepted by Mod Livin' at the time of the order ( Visa, MasterCard Discover and American Express ). Orders placed via mail must also be paid in full via personal check, business check, or money order.
Pricing Policy Merchandise offered for sale online at Modlivin.com may be priced the same as merchandise offered at the Mod Livin' showroom, in some cases, the showroom may have different prices. Prices are based on products shown and will not be adjusted based on prices offered online or at the showroom, respectably. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Taxes Mod Livin' shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Colorado, at the current rate of 7.68%.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled only within 48 hours of order placement. Orders for merchandise that are cancelled prior to manufacturer completion will be subject to a 20% cancellation/restocking fee.
Returns Modlivin.com offers an unconditional guarantee of your complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason we will accept it back for a replacement or refund within seven days of receipt, provided you notify us of your intention to return your purchase via telephone by calling us toll-free at 1-888-833-2884 or by emailing us. All returned items must include original packing materials and the merchandise must be in unused saleable condition. There will be no reimbursement of shipping charges to or from Mod Livin'. All returns are applicable to a 20% restocking fee and special orders, defined as custom upholstered furniture and or case goods where finishes and fabrics are selected by the customer, may be returned for a replacement or store credit only. After seven days from receipt of your purchase, this unconditional guarantee will become void. We will continue to work with you, however, on exercising the rights you may have been granted with regard to any manufacturer's warranty on any item purchased from us. No refund or credit shall be given for returned products that are damaged.

Shipping Modlivin.com is committed to keeping the lowest prices available while providing the best customer service, period. To reach this goal not only do we select the most cost efficient international and domestic forwarders, but also maintain a high standard of quality assurance in both reliability and speed. To put it simply, we choose whomever can provide the fastest insured delivery to your door while helping us keep our prices the lowest in the current market. Most items include free shipping within the contiguous 48 United States. Items that are excluded from free shipping and require a minimal additional shipping charge are noted in their item description. Purchaser understands that product availability may be limited and not all products are available for immediate delivery. Mod Livin' shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Mod Livin' is not responsible for loss or damages occurred to product while in transit. Purchaser must carefully inspect all merchandise prior to accepting delivery. If the product is damaged, the purchaser should deny the delivery and contact Mod Livin'. Mod Livin' will assist whenever possible with the processing of any claim you may have with a carrier, but by doing so you agree that Mod Livin' shall not incur any additional liability or obligation. Mod Livin' reserves the right to refuse shipments to a location other than the address on the purchaser's credit card. Mod Livin' cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping Orders being shipped outside the continental United States require specialized delivery quotations. Please call 1.888.833.2884 or contact us with the shipping address and the items you would like to purchase. Please allow three business days for a complete shipping quote. Shipments overseas are subject to inspection and possible delay by custom officials or representatives of other government agencies. For additional information, contact your governmental authorities.
Production Time Since most of our products are not mass-produced, it takes some time for your item to be custom-built by our manufacturers. Once your order is placed, the item is built to the required specifications and shipped to your doorstep. This way we can offer you the lowest prices since we avoid the overhead of keeping a large inventory. All of our estimated production/delivery times are located under each item's description. Some items can take up to 20 weeks for delivery while others may take a much shorter duration.
Warranty Mod Livin' does not manufacture nor warrant the items sold through Modlivin.com but we will work with you on exercising the rights you may have been granted with regard to any manufacturer's warranty on any item purchased from us.
Mod Livin' does not warrant that any items purchased shall be adequate for any particular use or purpose of the purchaser.

We are open from 11a.m. – 6 p.m. closed on wednesday and thursday , Sundays we are open from noon to 5:00 p.m. If you are only in Denver on days that we are closed please give the store and call and we will arrange to open up for you.
